Mr. Glickman has 24 years of broad experience structuring equity and debt transactions and accounting for publicly and privately held investments. He oversees all financial and tax reporting as well as general fund administration for Spectrum. Prior to joining Spectrum in 2016, Mr. Glickman was the Chief Financial Officer of ETRE Financial, LLC, a financial services company focused on facilitating the public listing of individual real estate assets. Prior to joining ETRE in 2014, Mr. Glickman worked at Paramount Group, Inc., where he oversaw financial and investor reporting for a series of privately held real estate funds. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Glickman was the Chief Financial Officer for Aetos Capital’s opportunity funds with $10 billion of Asia based real estate investments. Prior to Aetos, Mr. Glickman spent five years at Goldman Sachs, where he focused primarily on accounting and reporting for the Whitehall Funds. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Glickman worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Glickman received a B.B.A. from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New York.
